RICE - # 863798SAUSAGE, VEGETABLE RICE STIR FRY1 pkg. kielbasa sausage, cut into bite size piecesMixed vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, etc.) Parmesan cheese Seasoning such as salt, pepper, oregano, garlic 3-4 cups cooked rice Stir fry vegetables in olive oil in a large skillet. Season with garlic,
oregano, etc. Add sausage and heat thoroughly. Meanwhile, cook rice.
When rice is done, place in serving bowl and add vegetables and sausage
and parmesan cheese to taste. This is a really easy dinner that only
takes about 10 minutes to prepare and 20-25 minutes to cook, depending
on the rice used. Amounts needed will vary according to how many servings
