MISCELLANEOUS - # 668351CRUNCHY BUTTER TOFFEE1 cup sugar1/4 cup water 1/2 cup butter 8 oz. chocolate morsels 1 cup finely chopped nuts 2 pizza pans Combine sugar, water, and butter in pot. Cook to light crack stage (a drop will form a ribbon in cold water). Pour onto buttered pizza pan. Cool. Melt 4 ounces chocolate morsels. Spread onto toffee. Press 1/2 cup nuts into chocolate. Cool.
